It is not an easy task, and from time to time mistakes can and will happen. Also, whether a company office or an affiliate they all have guidelines and rules that they must follow when processing your letters. If you ever feel that there is a problem/issue with any of your letters, gifts, or phone calls, please notify us at once so that we can investigate the issue.
